Home Again is a mental health initiative that transitions individuals with chronic mental illness from institutions to community-based shared housing, promoting recovery, independence, dignity, and social reintegration.
- In Home Again, individuals transition from institutional care to shared homes in the community, where they regain life skills, independence, and a sense of belonging.
- Vocational Training & Employment Programs in HA provides skill-building workshops in areas like cooking, housekeeping, and crafts, enabling individuals to find stable jobs or start small businesses.
- Residents collaborates with local employers to provide work opportunities, ensuring sustained income and financial security.
- HA establishes income-generating small jobs where recovered individuals work together, reinforcing teamwork and self-sufficiency.
- These efforts help individuals build confidence, financial stability, and a sense of purpose, breaking the cycle of institutionalization.
